At Remarkably, we're dedicated to making a positive impact on our planet, and as Earth Day approaches, we're reminded of the collective effort it takes to preserve and protect it. This year's Earth Day theme, "Invest in Our Planet," shines a light on the importance of uniting in our pursuit of sustainability. We're excited to share how Remarkably is embracing this year's call to action to plant trees, end fast fashion, and reduce plastic pollution.

We’re planting more trees with Ecologi
At Remarkably, we have pledged to plant One Million trees by 2030. Every month, we plant trees to contribute to a healthier environment. To mark Earth Day, we're planting an additional 34,000 trees, bringing our total to 250,000, as a testament to our dedication to the cause.

We’re selling pre-loved fashion with eBay
Out of the 100 billion garments produced each year, a staggering 92 million tonnes end up in landfills. Last year we opened our Remarkably x eBay re/fashion store, doing our bit to recycle and upcycle fashion items.
For Earth Day, the Remarkably team came together to make a positive impact on the fashion industry's sustainability. Our team members dug deep into their wardrobes, uncovering pre-loved items that still had life in them, ready for a new home. We listed a total of 50 items in our store, ranging from clothing and accessories to shoes and backpacks.
To make the process fun and engaging, we hosted an eBay listing party at Remarkably HQ, where everyone brought their selected items. During the party, we shared stories behind each one, took pictures of the items to be listed, and collectively uploaded them to our Remarkably x eBay re/fashion store.
Proceeds from the sales will go to three charities that support ethical and sustainable fashion practices: TRAID, Labour Behind the Label, and Clothing Collective. By taking this small but meaningful action, we aim to inspire others to consider the environmental impact of their fashion choices and join us in our pursuit of a more sustainable world.

We’re reducing plastic use with SMOL
As Earth Day spotlights the importance of reducing plastic waste, we want to find new ways of further minimising our own plastic footprint in everyday life.
Putting our money where our mouth is, we are funding the plastic-free cleaning journey for all Remarkably team members. We’re partnering with SMOL, a sustainable household cleaning brand, to provide plastic-free alternatives for every day at home cleaning items, including washing up liquid, multipurpose spray, dishwash tablets, fabric conditioner, and laundry capsules.
Our team members complete a simple quiz to assess their monthly needs, sign up for a 12-month subscription, and receive items through a zero-emission delivery service. Remarkably covers the cost of all signups and ongoing subscriptions.

After 9 months of collaboration, research, and strategic planning, we are proud to unveil the bold rebrand of Comply Direct, transforming into Beyondly.
Through extensive exploration and close collaboration, Remarkably crafted a brand identity that positions Beyondly as a champion of systemic change, reflecting their commitment to sustainability in the rapidly evolving compliance landscape.

To celebrate the rebrand and reaffirm their commitment to sustainability, we helped Beyondly create The Beyondly Forest, with a pledge to plant One Million Trees on behalf of their team members and loyal customers. This initiative, in collaboration with tree-planting organisations both locally and globally, showcases Beyondly's dedication to making a lasting, positive impact on our planet.
