Still We Rise - The Pioneers Who Inspire Us. PART 1
February is a special month for us here at Remarkably - a month of celebration and acknowledgement of two important events: in the US, it’s Black History Month and in the UK, it’s LGBTQIA+ History Month. In our 3-part content series, we explore and celebrate remarkable leaders and their impact on teams, standing up for what we believe in about inclusion and building a world of true belonging.
PART 1 | Remarkable Leaders & Their Teams
Remarkable leaders have the courage to be vulnerable and show empathy. They inspire remarkable teams with a common goal and use the team’s diverse strengths to achieve great things.
Here at Remarkably, our heartbeat is the belief that brands can have a tangible impact on the world. February is a month of celebration and acknowledgement of two important events: in the US, it’s Black History Month, a time to honour the history of Black resilience and pride. Meanwhile, in the UK, it’s LGBTQIA+ History Month, a time to shine a light on the vibrant colours of LGBTQIA+ narratives. It's a month where history is not just recalled, but injustices reexamined and changes championed. It’s a time to inspire us to work even harder, to weave the richness of diversity into the tapestry of our workplaces.
We believe in the magic that happens, when diverse minds huddle and hustle together. Our highlighted changemakers demonstrate that the sum of our differences makes for a richer whole.
